domain name dispute Resolution policy

Farmer Host assumes no responsibility for resolving domain disputes. If you have a complaint about the issue of ownership or wording of the domain name itself (as opposed to the content hosted on the associated website), the domain name owner should be contacted directly, or a complaint should be filed in a UDRP or court proceeding. ICANN regulations prevents us from acting as the arbiter of domain name disputes. Consequently Farmer Host may only assist with complaints regarding the content of a website hosted with us and not the content of the root domain name registered. Instead, refer to the ICANN Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (the “UDRP”), which is a method for resolving domain disputes relating to abusive domain registrations, such as cybersquatting or trademark infringement. Please refer to http://www.icann.org/en/help/dndr/udrp for more information.
