Abuse Policy

Farmer Host has established Abuse Policy and Procedures to ensure the ethical, legal and operational integrity of our network and systems. We do not
tolerate nor condone activities, which would compromise the quality of service we provide our customers or the quality of service of other networks. We appreciate all help in identifying and addressing issues on our network which do not abide with our terms of service.

Reporting Abuse

Any party seeking to report violations of our hosting services, or, to submit complaints regarding a FarmerHost account relating to our Terms of service may contact us via the following form or send us a message to abuse @ farmerhost.com.

    Please describe the nature of the abuse you wish to report. Include your specific complaint and the complete text of any notice or email received, including headers.

     

    Please use this submission form to enter any issues regarding the use of our services. Your message will be evaluated for merit and acted
    on where appropriate, and therefore, we reserve the right to use your notice to substantiate the abuse to our client. Please note that unless we need additional information, you will not receive a reply or
    update from us unless you are a client reporting on an external abuse of your account. Please be assured that we take abuse very seriously and investigate every incident that is reported.
